4th Annual Napa Valley 5K/10K Salmon Run!
Come join us for a day of fun, exercise and beautiful Napa Valley scenery that will benefit the programs of the Napa Resource Conservation District, including fisheries monitoring, habitat surveys, and community education.

Registration: Click here to register at active.com or download a mail-in registration form. (Registration on Active.com will end on Thursday, June 14th at 7pm, but you may register on race day at the event with a check or cash.)
Fee: $35 for 5K and 10K. Registration from June 1st through race day will be $40. These fees include the registration, a race t-shirt and other post-race goodies.
Packet Pick-up: Participants can pick up their race packets on the day of the event beginning at 7am at the picnic ground of the Vets Home.

Both the 5K and 10K courses have some rolling hills except for the first and last 3/4 of a mile, which is a moderate incline. Both courses are shady and scenic and avoid high-traffic roads. The 5K course has one water stop that participants will pass twice and the 10K course has two separate water stops, one of which will be passed twice.
Awards will be given to the fastest overall male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K and to the 1st-3rd place finishers in the following age categories: 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
