Call for Qualifications

The Napa RCD has prepared a Call for Qualifications (CFQ) to solicit interest from consultants with assessment, design, planning and/or permitting experience to assist with future projects. This CFQ will result in the development of a list of consultants that may be considered for one or more future RCD projects.
