Community Watershed Education Program

The RCD develops educational materials and coordinates workshops and presentations on a variety of watershed-related topics for various segments of the Napa County community, including public service clubs, business associations, urban and rural residents, local interest groups, schools and businesses.

If you belong to a group that would like to learn more about watershed ecology and stewardship, give us a call and we can arrange for one of our resource professionals to come speak to your group. Presentations are free and can vary in length from about 20 minutes to an hour. The Napa County Resource Conservation District: Who We Are and What We Do

Since 1945 the Napa County Resource Conservation District has been working to protect and enhance Napa County’s natural resources. This presentation describes who we are, the programs and projects we are currently involved with, and the services we offer to the Napa County community.
