The RCD is dedicated to educating the public about the natural resources and watersheds of Napa County. Through classroom presentations, presentations to community organizations, field trips, workshops, quarterly newsletters, and community involvement, the RCD strives to connect people with their watersheds.
RCD resource professionals are available to give educational presentations, tours, and/or workshops pertaining to resource issues of interest in Napa County including water quality, soil erosion, weeds, rural roads, wetlands, creek banks, restoration practices, and steelhead and salmon.
